A v\u00edtima, de 22 anos de idade, \u00e9 ex-esposa do acusado.<\/p>\n<p>A mulher acionou a GCM por meio de aplicativo de celular voltado \u00e0s v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, amparadas por meio de medida judicial.<\/p>\n<p>No local, a GCM avistou o suposto agressor em frente ao port\u00e3o da casa da v\u00edtima. Em revista pessoal, nada de il\u00edcito foi encontrado com ele.<\/p>\n<p>Aos guardas, o homem alegou ter ido at\u00e9 \u00e0 resid\u00eancia para buscar a filha e que n\u00e3o tinha conhecimento da medida protetiva.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar disso, os envolvidos acabaram conduzidos \u00e0 Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Sorocaba, para elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica \u2013 Descumprimento de medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia.
