Conforme relato da v\u00edtima, o acusado entrou em sua casa com a permiss\u00e3o do pai, no Jardim Santa Marina, na Zona Norte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A mulher, de 59 anos de idade, acionou a GCM por meio de aplicativo de celular voltado \u00e0s v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, amparadas por meio de medida judicial. No local, os guardas encontraram a irm\u00e3 do acusado aguardando no port\u00e3o. E o acusado indo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o aos guardas, ao ser indagado, respondeu que foi at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia para tomar banho e comer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, a GCM deu voz de pris\u00e3o e o algemou para evitar fuga. O homem foi encaminhado ao Plant\u00e3o Policial, onde a DDM elaborou boletim de ocorr\u00eancia\u00a0 por descumprimento de medida protetiva \u2013 flagrante delito, al\u00e9m de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e amea\u00e7a relatada pela v\u00edtima.
